Feedback from our participants

This is an excellent programme which is brilliant for those who have been coaching for some time and want to do a deeper dive into understanding ADHD and how you might work with your clients.
Sally is flexible and takes time to review any questions you may have as you progress through the modules and the group dynamic provides a safe place to discuss everything ADHD and beyond.

Naomi Graham - MCC

I can highly recommend this programme if you are an experienced coach looking to understand more about coaching people with ADHD.   Sally is passionate about her subject and the programme is well structured and researched with plenty of opportunity for reflection as well as gaining knowledge. If you are accredited with the ICF it also attracts CCEU's.

I was in the first cohort for Sally’s, ICF-accredited course. Course content is science-based and greatly extended my understanding of neurodiversity in general and ADHD in particular. Sally fostered meaningful dialogue, ensured great engagement amongst attendees, allowing us to share and draw on each other’s experiences too,  all of which provided great insight and rich opportunity for learning.

Sally Cater

I am an accredited Senior Coach Practitioner with 10 years of experience running my coaching practice. Before this, I spent 25 years leading and managing teams across the private and third sectors. I've had the privilege of working with teams of all shapes and sizes, brimming with unique and brilliant minds.

And there's more to my story. I have found myself drawn towards supporting those with neuro-diverse diagnoses, and funnily enough, they've been drawn to me too.

About 2 years ago, I worked as a coach for a senior woman leader who had received a late diagnosis of ADHD. In our initial conversations, I recognised my own lack of knowledge about ADHD and its impact on individuals. To bridge this gap, I embarked on a journey to develop my understanding of ADHD.

During this learning journey, I uncovered my own neurodiversity. It became evident that the symptoms and traits of ADHD resonated with my own experiences. As I journeyed through menopause, I discovered more about my own ADHD symptoms. It dawned on me that the derogatory labels I had given myself over the years were a result of a lack of understanding of what my neurodivergent brain was struggling to do as I forced myself to fit into a neurotypical world. Embracing my 'peaceful wildness' (a term borrowed from Dr. Alex Conner), I have redefined my narrative, shedding past misconceptions and emerging as a champion for inclusivity and understanding in the neurodiverse community.
